These are the healthy foods which can help you in maintain your perfect figure and giving you a better health the whole life long.
3-    Exercises- Make, yoga, exercises and works out a daily practice. These will surly help you to remain fit and active for your hard working day.
4-    Regular and proper sleep- Proper sleep does not only mean that you should have full sleeping hours, but you should also have proper sleeping hours. Going to bed early and rising up early will make you fresh for the whole day when you are on work.
5-    Take care of your proteins, carbohydrates and other minerals- Women needs much more proteins, carbohydrates, minerals, calcium, iron, etc. When they are in a pregnant stage they need different minerals at different times which will take care of them. Similarly when they are in their periods they need more iron. Thus taking care of your minerals intake, you can remain healthy in the difficult time and stages of your life.
