Different skin types by Rona Berg

‘Beauty the New Basics’, is a famous book by Rona Berg which describes the different types of skin, their characteristics and how one can take good care of it. To test the type of your skin, Berg suggests taking the “skin test”. This is a very simple method by which one can easily know that type of skin he or she has so as to take good care of it.

Skin Test

First wash your face and pat it dry. Then take lens-cleaning tissue paper and press on different spots on your face. The paper will stick on the oily skin and will become translucent picking oily spots. Dry skin will not show such result. If the paper sticks on your t-zone i.e. forehead, nose and chin then it proves that your skin is combination or normal. Most of the women have combination skin.
